A local preview is shown first. There is no autoplay and no YouTube request until the visitor chooses play, at which point the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com player is loaded. When the visitor presses play, YouTube/Google may use cookies or similar storage to provide the video and may process technical data, including potentially internationally, under Google’s published privacy framework. The audit observed Google entries with an expiry of 21 September 2027; this is an example from that audit, not a universal YouTube lifetime. Google controls its own cookies and storage.

Systeme.io Free Meditation form

The form is provided by Systeme.io. In the clean-session audit, Systeme.io cookies or similar storage appeared when the Free Meditation page first loaded, before submission. The observed domains were 677a-belinda.systeme.io and systeme.io.

• contact_cookie — observed expiry dates: 26 September 2027 and 1 October 2027.
• contact_opt_in_date_cookie — observed expiry dates: 26 September 2027 and 1 October 2027.
• dashboard_locale — observed expiry date: 27 November 2026.
• v — observed expiry dates: 29 September 2027 and 1 October 2027.

The browser evidence confirms when these names appeared and their expiry dates, but does not establish a purpose for each name. In particular, contact_opt_in_date_cookie is not being treated as marketing consent, and dashboard_locale is described only as Systeme.io storage. The form is used only for one one-off meditation delivery request, not ongoing promotional emails.

Analytics, advertising and tracking

The site uses no analytics, advertising, tracking or visitor-recording services. After submission, the form redirects to /free-meditation-thank-you; the audit observed no site cookies or local/session storage there.

Consent

Because third-party Systeme.io storage appeared before form submission and its purpose has not been sufficiently established, the Free Meditation page asks for an appropriate choice before loading the embedded form technology. Choosing to allow it lets Systeme.io display and submit the requested meditation form. This choice is not marketing consent: the meditation request remains a one-off delivery request.

Visitors can decline and continue without loading the form technology, or manage and clear cookies and similar storage through their browser settings. The page does not use browser controls as a substitute for the choice it asks for.
